Shipping & Delivery
We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, so you will receive your order within 2-3 days in most cases. We have a flat fee shipping cost of $9.95 for all orders. Orders over $200.00 are shipped free of charge. We also ship UPS and Fedex for large and or heavy orders. Please enter any additional shipping requirements in the special instruction box on the bottom of the order page and we will try to accommodate your needs. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call toll free 1-800-207-8245 if you have any other questions. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30 (Eastern Time Zone). We do ship to Canada but special shipping costs will apply, we will contact you with any additional cost that are required to ship to Canada. We do not ship outside of North America except of course for Hawaii and Alaska. We typically ship within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Your shipping information and tracking number will be sent to the email you have supplied at the time your order is shipped. While we make every effort to avoid delays in production, they do occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation.
Returns & Replacements
Products that are shipped incorrectly due to our error will be replaced with the correct as ordered product with free shipping, a return shipping label will be included..We are not responsible for orders placed incorrectly.
What if I measure incorrectly?
If you find that your measurements were slightly off don’t fret! We will work with you to find the best solution. If your skylight cover is too big, we may be able to cut it down to the proper size for you at no charge. If it’s a different issue, such as the product is too small – we will allow you to purchase a new product in the correct dimensions at 50% off. (Offer valid for 30 days after order date and must be replacing the original skylight cover purchased).
